Their presence in over 60,000 pin codes and wide service offerings—from surface express to cold chain—is impressive. But I’d love to hear from businesses using their services.

Is their pan-India network reliable across urban and rural regions? Do they maintain SLAs even during high-volume periods like festivals? We plan to expand to tier-2 and tier-3 cities, so delivery coverage and consistency matter.
