Which Is the Fastest Rail Logistics Company in India?

Hi community,
We’re evaluating rail-based logistics for cost savings on long-distance freight, but we don’t want to lose too much speed. Does anyone have experience with the fastest rail logistics company in India?
Is it TCI Express’s rail division? Or are others still leading the space?
We’re currently shipping from Delhi to Mumbai, Chennai, and Hyderabad. It’s mostly packaged goods. We need consistent TATs (3–4 days max). Road logistics are getting too expensive and time-consuming.
If anyone has moved large shipments via rail recently, please share your experience. Also, is tracking reliable with rail freight partners? Your input can help us (and others) make the right call.
